Reporter health

“No heartbeat” means the reporter has stopped reaching this dashboard. The Mac itself may still be online.

Check, restart, or update a reporter

Run these on the affected Mac. The reporter starts after you log in, restarts if it exits, and retries failed uploads. Sleep and logout pause reporting.

Check service and last successful upload

/bin/sh "$HOME/.boox-agent-board/runtime/scripts/run-service.sh" manage status

Restart the reporter

/bin/sh "$HOME/.boox-agent-board/runtime/scripts/run-service.sh" manage restart

Read recent logs

/bin/sh "$HOME/.boox-agent-board/runtime/scripts/run-service.sh" manage logs

If these commands are missing, download the latest reporter, unzip it, and run this inside its agent-board folder:

node scripts/service.mjs install --reporter-only

Your saved connection is preserved. If this Mac has never been set up, use Settings → Connect a computer first. After a reboot, sign in to the same macOS user that installed the reporter.

Your workspace

Name your computers so you can tell them apart.

Connect a computer

Open these settings on the host computer to get connection details.

Calendars & display

Read-only subscriptions. Links stay on the server and are never included in dashboard responses.

Add calendar

Treat this link like a password: anyone who has it can read the calendar. No account password or OAuth is needed.

Where to get the links

Google: Calendar settings → select your calendar → Integrate calendar → Secret address in iCal format. Keep “Make available to public” off. If the secret address is missing on a work account, ask your Workspace administrator about calendar sharing settings.

Outlook: Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar → choose the calendar and detail level → copy its ICS link. Publishing makes the selected details readable by anyone with that link. Work accounts may restrict this option.

Screen timing

A new question, approval, or agent error brings you back to Agents and pauses rotation. Resume whenever you’re ready. Choosing a screen manually pauses it too.

TickTick tasks

Add this tag to the tasks you want to see in TickTick. They stay in their existing lists. Higher priorities appear first; completed tasks disappear after the next sync.

From TickTick web → Settings → Account → API Token. Stored only on the server. The dashboard reads tasks; manage and complete them in TickTick.

Optional GitHub queue tracking

Server monitoring includes every workload automatically. Only queue and wait-time statistics need repository webhooks.

Leave blank until ready to connect GitHub. CPU, memory, disk and network history work independently.

Only jobs in these repositories containing all these labels are counted. Use labels that identify your CI pool; queued jobs are not assigned to a physical server yet.

Connect Ubuntu servers
Check or restart the Ubuntu collector
sudo systemctl status boox-ci-collector
sudo journalctl -u boox-ci-collector -n 30 --no-pager
sudo systemctl restart boox-ci-collector

Runs at boot without a logged-in user. “No heartbeat” means the collector has not reached the board for 150 seconds. History begins when you connect; missing readings remain gaps.

To update, run the installer again and leave the collector key blank. The configuration is in /etc/boox-ci/config.json. It monitors the root disk by default; set diskPath to your CI workspace mount if it is different. New standard runner services are discovered automatically every minute.
